How we collect, check and publish customer feedback.
How reviews are collected
After a completed job, we email the customer a personal link to leave a review. Reviews can only be submitted through that link — they cannot be posted openly on this site by the public.
How reviews are checked
Every review is linked to a completed job in our records. We review each submission before it is published, and we only decline reviews that are abusive, defamatory, contain personal information, or are clearly not from a genuine customer. We never decline a review because it is negative.
What we publish
We publish reviews in full, exactly as submitted, alongside the customer's name (first name and initial) and town. We show all reviews — good and bad — in date order, and we do not filter by rating by default.
Responding to negative reviews
We reply publicly to every review that raises a problem, and we try to put things right privately first.
Disputing a review
If you believe a review about you is inaccurate, email support@maintenancehandy.co.uk and we will investigate and, where appropriate, correct or remove it. We will explain our decision either way.
Our commitment
We do not buy reviews, incentivise reviews, or write reviews ourselves. The reviews on this site are the honest record of our customers' experience.
