Booked them for emergency lockout in Tooting after our usual tradesman let us down at the last minute. Arrived on time, introduced themselves and talked through exactly what needed doing before touching anything. They showed us before and after photos of the work, which we really appreciated.
Called about uPVC door lock replacement and had someone at the door in Catford the very next morning. We were given a clear idea of timings at the start and they stuck to it all the way through. The finish is so neat it honestly looks brand new again. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family — and we already have.
Had patio door lock repair done at our property in Woolwich — from the first phone call to the finished job it was impressively smooth. Already booked them again for a couple more jobs around the place.

We needed emergency lockout sorting out and they came round to our place in Enfield to have a look. Came prepared with everything they needed, so there was no disappearing off to the wholesaler halfway through. Done properly the first time — no coming back to fix their own mess, which we have had with other firms. The price matched the quote exactly — no surprises on the invoice.
