About this job
When temperatures drop below zero, exposed condensate pipes freeze and the boiler locks out — usually on the coldest morning of the year. We thaw the pipe safely, clear any blockage, then insulate it properly or reroute it internally so it can't freeze again. Where the pipe run is too shallow, we fit a condensate pump as a permanent fix.
