Painting straight over a water or nicotine stain wastes your time — it bleeds back through within weeks, every time. We identify the stain type, apply the correct blocking primer (shellac-based for water stains and nicotine), then finish with your topcoat. We also check the source: if the leak that caused the stain isn't fixed, we'll tell you before decorating, and our plumbers can sort it.
