Swapping a sink usually means new waste fittings and often re-sealing the worktop cut-out — we handle the lot. For undermount and Belfast sinks we check the cabinet can take the weight and support it properly. We also replace cracked basins, fit vanity-unit basins, and re-bed leaking wastes that drip into the cupboard below.
