Usually yes — the sealed unit can be swapped without replacing the whole window, which costs far less. We measure, order the correct unit and fit it, normally within a week.

Yes — we replace the panel with one that has a pre-cut circular aperture for the cat flap, or fit into a double-glazed unit where the design allows. We'll talk you through the options first.

Call us. We can emergency-board the opening to make it safe and weatherproof, then measure and replace the glass at the first opportunity.
